Promo period
This Promotion runs from January 18, 2026, 00:00 until January 31, 2026, 23:59, Philippine Standard Time (UTC+08:00). Only first deposits completed and time‑stamped within this period on the Merin platform are eligible.Eligibility: New members
A “new member” is a natural person who has never previously registered for or held a Merin account under any email address, phone number, device, or identity. Duplicate, fake, shared, or otherwise suspect accounts will be disqualified and all related rewards forfeited.New Member Reward conditions
The New Member Reward is limited to one (1) reward of 3 USD per eligible new member.
The reward is granted only after the participant submits a clear, verifiable screenshot showing their first successful deposit on Merin during the Promo Period.
Any top‑ups or subsequent deposits after the first deposit are not considered “first deposits” and do not qualify for additional New Member Rewards.
Eligibility: Valid referrals
A “valid referral” is counted only when ALL of the following are met:The referred person is an eligible new member as defined above.
The referred person completes a qualifying first deposit on Merin within the Promo Period.
The referral is correctly attributed to the referrer through the official referral link or code at the time of registration.
Manual reassignment of referrals or late claims of referral relationships will not be honored.
Referrer Reward conditions
Referrer rewards follow the published tier table and are not cumulative; only the single highest tier reached within the Promo Period will be awarded.
Invite 1 new member: Reward $3.
Invite 2 new members: Reward $6
Invite 3 new members: Reward $15
Invite 5 new members: Reward $30
For referrals beyond five (5), each additional valid referral earns 6 USD, subject to all other terms.
Each referred new member can only be counted once and only towards one referrer.
Reward nature and limitations
Rewards have no value outside this Promotion, are non‑transferable, non‑exchangeable, and may not be sold, traded, or converted to any other benefit except as expressly allowed by CrossCurrent Traders. Rewards cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless explicitly stated.Verification and fraud prevention
CrossCurrent Traders and its partners reserve the right to verify all accounts, identities, and transactions (including KYC checks and validation with Merin). Any suspected fraud, gaming of the system, referral abuse, misrepresentation, or violation of these terms may result in disqualification, cancellation, or clawback of rewards without prior notice.Exclusions
CrossCurrent Traders may restrict or exclude employees, contractors, agents, or any persons directly involved in the administration of this Promotion, as well as their immediate relatives, from participating.Changes, suspension, and termination
CrossCurrent Traders may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion, or adjust reward amounts, eligibility, and mechanics at any time where permitted by law. Any changes will apply going forward and will not affect rewards already validly granted before the effective date of the change.Decisions and dispute handling
All interpretations of these terms and all decisions regarding eligibility, valid referrals, qualifying deposits, calculations, and reward issuance are final, binding, and not subject to appeal or further correspondence.Risk and disclaimer
